About one of our new customers we can promptly say that this is Engineering that you can trust. For life! One can say: they keep the world moving. Why? They are manufacturer of indoor and outdoor stairlift chairs that support people. Their products are most innovative stairlifts on the market. Providing solutions to more than 100 countries.
Right now Euro Metrics is supplying 2 projects (4 parts) for our innovative Customer.
Shortly about our new business
2 parts are produced by high pressure aluminium die casting process. The reason why the technology was considered is to achieve complicated shapes that can be obtained by this process only.
The weight of the parts was key factor to apply aluminium alloy as material. They will be used for stairlift bearings.
Other 2 parts are produced from stainless steel by applying investment casting process. This is very old casting process but still you can achieve very precision parts. Stainless steel was considered to avoid corrosion on the parts as they will be used for link bar seat and block actuator.
Our Polish warehouse will supply the parts to one of the Benelux countries in second half of 2020.
