Google is the owner of these tools, so the data can be processed outside the European Union. We have disabled the option to collect demographic data about users and data about their interests. We do not collect such data.

Why and on what basis do we want to process your data?

We process your data to respond to your inquiry. The basis for processing is your consent, which you give by sending the form. If you give additional voluntary consent, your data will also be processed for the purposes of marketing products and services of EURO METRICS Sp. z o. o.

Who can we pass the data on to?

We do not transfer data to other commercial entities, we do not sell them and we do not provide them free of charge. In accordance with applicable law, we may transfer your data to entities authorized to obtain it under applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement authorities – of course only if they make a request based on an appropriate legal basis.

Sharing data is mainly associated with the use by the Administrator of entities that are recipients of data, providing services in the field of administration and management of the Administrator, media supply, IT, hosting, consulting, as well as customs agencies, banks, material producers, warehouses, couriers.

If you are a user of the Linkedin portal, your data is also processed by this platform, so processing is possible in third countries, outside the EU. So if you visit the EURO METRICS website, perform any actions on it, send a messsage, or go to the EURO METRICS website through it, this information can be recorded by these media and by Google, who will note that the entry was from the Linkedin portal.

Do we transfer your data to third countries?

Personal data may be transferred to recipients in third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and the European Union or to international organizations based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission in order to provide services to the Administrator’s Contractors and our Associates from companies cooperating with us. We also rely on the decisions of the European Commission stating the appropriate level of data protection for specific countries, both the United States and other countries. Please be advised that we transfer personal data to entities from the United States – EURO METRICS Global Inc. in the scope of offer and performance of the contract, as well as entities cooperating with EURO METRICS Global Inc. with its affiliates and customer service points in Japan, Mexico, Hong Kong, India, China and Vietnam. What are your rights in relation to your data?

You have the right to request access to your data, correct it, request its removal or limit its processing. You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data. You have the right to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

What are the legal grounds for processing your data?

Any processing of your data must be based on a proper legal basis, in accordance with applicable regulations. Sending you an e-mail, making contact by phone or completing the form on the website is for us to start the bidding process and consent to the processing of personal data until the exchange of correspondence related to responding to your inquiry and sending the offer. Your data will not be processed for more than 3 months after closing this process.

The processing of your data for marketing purposes will take place only on the basis of your voluntary consent, which we will ask for, and you will express it expressly.

Cookies will only be used to ensure that the content of the website is properly displayed in accordance with individual user settings and for statistical purposes, without processing personal data. I do not collect cookies that enable profiling of website users.

How long will your data be processed?
