European suppliers – increasing competitive advantage
EURO METRICS relies on local, European suppliers of mechanical components for industry. What are their strengths? It depends on the size of the company and specialization. The portfolio of our suppliers includes over 160 partners from Europe. They are both market tycoons and small family businesses that operate in a narrow specialization, and the effects of their work are surprisingly good.
The common feature of our suppliers is the high quality of their products and services, as well as a varied and individual approach to each project. Additionally, in the era of a pandemic, when extensive supply chains were burdened with additional risk, small, in perspective of global terms, distance is a significant advantage.
Our partners are based in countries such as Poland, Germany, Ukraine, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain.
High requirements that guarantee quality
Companies that we approve must first meet strict criteria. The result is the highest quality of services. The stages of the process of starting cooperation are:
- ISO 9001 certificate,
- signing a confidentiality agreement,
- positive result of the quality audit,
- signing a cooperation agreement,
- submission of PPAP documentation each time a new project is launched,
- cyclical updating of material prices based on indicators (e.g. LME).
Suppliers qualified as preferred by EURO METRICS can count on long-term cooperation with various divisions of the MES group.

Technologies provided by our European suppliers are:
- casting (pressure, gravity, sand, die casting),
- machining,
- extrusion
- punching, bending,
- forging,
- galvanic coatings,
- varnishing,
- welding,
- assembly.
In the first half of 2021, we launched couple projects for our clients based on the production capabilities of European suppliers. These are elements made by machining of copper for the electrical industry. It is becoming increasingly clear that the option of delivery from local producers is becoming an interesting solution for manufacturing companies.
