Our client is a company that serves various industries, including construction and agriculture. The company’s management decided that it was time to change the supplier of parts due to the fact that too many parts produced by the previous supplier did not meet basic quality standards.
The main criteria taken into account in this project was the quality of the final product, not the production technology.

For this specific parts, there are critical geometric tolerances. Our casting supplier does not have the tools to check the quality of produced elements, so we took care of this stage of the project. It turned out that the castings meet the requirements expected by our engineers, quality controllers and, what is the most important, customer representatives.
As a result of our diligence and commitment, the solutions we propose can provide the client with savings of almost USD 500,000 in the first year of cooperation. Please note that we are not yet fully producing it.
The customer has also stopped having problems with inventory thanks to the storage and management of its inventory in our warehouse. Thanks to us, by not overseeing the supply chain on his own, our client saved a lot of time and money, while also getting rid of many troubles.
